Head And Face Trampled Under Flats And Bare Feet

Im going to really hurt the slave today - I want to only trample his head and face under my flats and later under my bare feet - and even the little pillow under his head is not going to help him with my 60kg 130lbs coming crushing down on his skull from above. The flats may seem soft, but theyve a sharp edge at the heels and will hurt him quite a lot. But even after taking off the shoes, the slave will suffer a lot. I even jump from the floor onto his face and make him scream in pain, keep standing on his face or head for long periods and ignore his suffering while I stand on his head and smoke a cigarette.
